Peanut Sesame Ladoo:
This ladoo is one healthy form of ladoo because of its rich ingredients. Ghee can be added at the end when you form ladoos. But haven't added here because there will the oil released from peanut which will help shaping ladoos well.

The below ingredients makes 13 to 14 medium shaped ladoos.
Ingredients :
Unsalted peanuts - 3/4 th cup
White Sesame seeds - 1/4th cup
Jaggery - 3/4 th cup
Cardamom - 1 or 2 pods
Steps:
1. Dry roast peanuts for 3 to 4 minutes till it turns golden brown here and there and transfer it to a plate.

2. Dry roast Sesame seeds till it pops up entirely and turns slightly brown and transfer it to a different plate.

3. Now in the roasted peanuts we will be doing a small cleaning process. That is we are going to split each peanut and there will be a small seed like part which needs to be removed. (This seed is said to cause pitam)
4. Discard the seeds removed in Step 3 and transfer the contents to a mixer.
5. Now to this add jaggery,roasted Sesame seeds and Cardamom pods.
6.Grind it till it turns sticky in state.
7.Transfer the mixture to a plate and crumble them well.
8. Start making round shaped ladoos and make sure you hold them tight.
9. Store them in an air tight container.Each time when you take one out of it make sure your hands are dry.
Make in small batches that will last for two to three days so it will stay fresh.
